Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions of sale must be agreed to prior to proceeding with placing an order.
Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The consumers statutory rights are not excluded or limited in any way in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
Privacy Policy
A. In order to process your order we will need to collect pertinent information such as your name, address, phone number and email address. Such information will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
B. Following your order, please email us at service@euroquads.co.uk if you do not wish to receive emails from us in the future regarding new products.
1. All goods remain the property of Euroquads until payment is made in full.
2. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
3. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If as a result of this your order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer you with an alternative product or provide a full refund.
4. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return it within seven days of the despatch date, providing that it is unused. We will provide a full refund on the goods less any carriage charges.
5. Our products are not sold on a trial basis.
6. Claims for mis-shipping, damage, and non-functionality must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
7.The customer is responsible for ensuring safe delivery of returned items, and all costs associated with this.
8. All Quads are covered by a 6 month limited warranty covering all major components, including Engine, Gearbox, Frame and Running Gear.
9. The warranty does not include the following items: - Seats, Batteries, Brake Drums, Brake Discs, Brake Linings, Wheels, Tyres, Bulbs, Fuses, Body Panels.
10. Under the correct maintenance and normal use, Euroquads warrants that the quad shall be free from material defects during the warranty period.
11. The warranty will be invalidated if the customer fails to follow the scheduled maintenance outlined in the owner’s manual or does not observe the operation instructions in the owner’s manual or follow advice provided by Euroquads. It will also be invalidated if the vehicle is abused or used in competitive racing and / or used commercially or rented.
12.The Warranty does not cover, normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, damage caused by neglect, poor maintenance or repair, abnormal use or abuse or problems resulting from improper use.
13. All Products are provided with a return to base warranty. The customer is responsible for ensuring safe delivery of items returned to Euroquads for repair, and all costs associated with this.
14. Where Euroquads assess that necessary repairs are covered under warranty, Euroquads, will take reasonable endeavours to effect repairs within 28 days of receiving the quad. The repair and return of the quad to the customer will be carried out at Euroquads expense.
15. Should Euroquads determine that a product is not liable for repair under the warranty, Euroquads will submit a quotation for repair to the customer before commencing repair and will only commence repair upon written authorisation from the customer.
16. Upon the customer reporting a fault covered under warranty, if Euroquads are able to identify the offending part causing the fault, and providing that the customer agrees and wishes to do so, Euroquads may supply replacement parts for the customer or an agent representing the customer to carry out the repair. In this instance, the parts will be provided at the expense of Euroquads. Correct fitting of the parts will be done so at the expense, risk and responsibility of the customer.
17. Euroquads reserve the right to request the return of suspected defective parts for inspection prior to replacement parts being despatched.
18. Through taking delivery of the product the purchaser confirms they do so with full knowledge and understanding of the dangers and risks of operating an all terrain vehicle (ATV) quad, and fully indemnifies the manufacturers, sellers and importers of the vehicle against any claims resulting from accidents, injuries, losses, or death relating to the use of this ATV (quad). Neither Euroquads or any of its affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products. Euroquads shall have no liability to the customer for direct, indirect or consequential loss.
19. The purchaser undertakes to read and understand the safety rules and advice offered in the manual/s provided before use and hereby takes full responsibility for the utilisation of the vehicle/s, entirely at their own risk.
20. The purchaser undertakes to ensure adult supervision of minors riding the quad at all times and to ensure that adequate personal safety equipment is worn.
21. If the purchaser is unwilling to accept the above conditions the product must be returned, unused, at the purchaser's own expense, to Euroquads within 7 Days of receipt.
22. Euroquads reserve the right to apply an administrative charge to all refunds. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
23. All copyrights, domain names, trademarks and other intellectual property supplied through this website and any other literature supplied by Euroquads remain the sole property of Euroquads at all times, and use of such material without previous written consent from Euroquads is strictly prohibited.
24. Through using the website, products or services provided by Euroquads, you are deemed to have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are not happy with any part of the Terms & Conditions, you should contact us prior to placing an order.
25. Euroquads reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
